I have been wanting to try out the first in the "Cobble Street Cousins" series for a while now but if you'd like something even more "Springish" by Rylant check out Poppleton in Spring Spring Easy Reader Series: Frog and ToadWe have the audio versions (narrated by Lobel himself) to accompany these classic tales. I've discovered that sometime's it's very nice to let my little one "read along" even if she is not following word for word.
